Nights in sick quarters

It's an illustration for one of my favourite ficwriter's story called «The friends and the enemies of Sirius Black». It takes place in AU where Sirius was sorted into Slytherin. But he's still our good old Sirius whose heart will always belong to Gryffindor, no matter what the Sorting Hat thinks.
I've promised to draw it a long time ago and finally I got some time to do it. C: There are more coming! I hope.
Perspective here sucks, I know. Moreover, I was too lazy to draw the background properly. Anyway, I like it and don't see anything I'd like to work on more here so that's it.

Here's the part of the story which inspired me (I translated it myself so my apologies for all the mistakes):
«He may examine the portraits in the ward and talk to them (sometimes they condescend to talking to freshmen). He may swallow potions and simply lay on his back, remembering what he has read before. For instance, about duels. When he got tired of it, he may lay, his head on the opposite side of the bed (they had windows here - luxury after caves), and look, look at clouds spotting the sky, and at stars at night. It was difficult to see anything else from here.
Stars reflected in wide open boy's eyes, grey as school lake. Slytherin wasn't situated simply under the ground - it, as Black found out, was exactly under the lake. Black didn't know whether he was the only one who thought of lots of water above their chambers or there were other paranoiacs? What will happen if ceilings and building sorcery break? It wasn't like these thoughts were following him all the time, but sick quarters seemed as more reliable place to sleep.»
